You can cancel paid command access at any time. However, cancellations do not automatically result in refunds.

• Refunds are generally **not provided** unless there is a technical issue on our side that prevents access to the paid commands.

• If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at rolo.natt@gmail.com with your transaction details.
